RULES & REGULATIONS

- STUDENTS MUST BE REGULAR AND PUNCTUAL IN ATTENDING THE LECTURES.
- UNIVERSITY NORMS 80% ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY.
- IF HE/ SHE FAILS TO MAINTAIN THE NECESSARY ATTENDANCE, HE/SHE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR THE UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS.
- STUDENTS CAN UTILIZE RECESS TIME OR 2 PM TO CONTACT IN OFFICE FOR ANY QUERIES REGARDING DOCUMENTS.
- STUDENTS IS EXPECTED TO READ THE NOTICE BOARD OF INSTITUTE. THE INSTITUTE ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS OF ANY ADVANTAGES BY A STUDENT DUE TO HIS FAILURE TO READ THE NOTICE ON TIME.

- SINCE IT IS A PROFESSIONAL COURSE B.ED. YOU DON’T HAVE ANY TYPE OF LEAVE.GENIUNE PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO INFORM COLLEGE BY A WRITTEN APPLICATION.
- DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ELLIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT PURPOSE TO CONFRIM YOUR ADMISSION SUBMIT IN TIME OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCE.
LATE COMERS THAT IS 7.05 AM, IF ANY STUDENT IN A MONTH IS LATE FOR 3 TIMES WILL BE MARKED AS ABSENT.
DISCIPLINE:
- Students should come to College, modestly dressed.
- At the sound of the first bell, the students go in silence to the Lecture Hall.
- Strict silence must e observed during class hours.
- Students are not permitted to have visitors during class hours.
- The College telephone may e used only with the sanction of the Principal and for urgent needs.
- No student should leave the College premises during class hours without obtaining permission from the Principal.
- Every student must carry her identity card while in the college.
- Every effort should be made to keep the premises of the institution clean and orderly, avoid spilling of ink and throwing paper about, scribbling on furniture or walls and leaning or resting feet against the walls. A student responsible for damaging any losing or damaging a library book.
- Use of cell phones is strictly prohibited while lectures are in progress. The phone will be confiscated without warning.
- Students are advised to consult the College Notice Board each morning and before leaving.
- Students should be respectful to superiors, visitors and seniors, polite and courteous to all, ready to oblige and should endeavor to maintain good order and rules of decorum. They are expected to conduct themselves in such a way as to maintain the credit and reputation of the College as well as their own.
LIBRARY RULES:
- The Library will be open from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 3.30pm and on Saturday 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. It is meant for the use of the staff and students.
- Students must show the Librarian their Identity Cards when they apply for books for the first time.
- Applications for books shall be made on Demand-Slips available at the Librarian’s counter. This slip clearly filled in, shall be handed over to the Librarian.
- Only two books, but not on the same subject, for home-reading are issued to each student at a time. Journals and books marked ‘FOR REFERENCE’ can be used only within the Library premises. Special permission from the Principal is required to take them out. Books prescribed for the courses conducted at the College are not ordinarily issued for home-reading. Tearing of pages, marking, underlining etc. in any book are absolutely forbidden. Photo copy from hard bound books is not permitted.
- Books are issued for 2-days only. If a student wishes to keep a book or books for more than two days, he/she shall be required to apply for renewal for two days, and to show the books to the Librarian who will or will not renew the issue at her discretion.
- Books, teaching aids etc. shall ordinarily be returned by the same student to whom they are issued. On returning the books, students shall satisfy themselves and see that the Return Ticket should be taken by them; otherwise they will be held responsible for the articles entered against their names.
- Pictures, maps, roll-up B.Bs and teaching apparatus are issued not more than one day before the particular lesson for which they are needed. These articles must be returned intact on the same day the lesson is over. This applies also to school text-books.
- Those who use the Library shall be asked to make good any damage to books, etc in their charge and they shall replace any book etc. they have lost.
- Eating in the Library is forbidden.
- Silence must be strictly observed by all.
- Use of Mobile phone is forbidden in the Library.
- Chairs used by the students must be put in place before they leave the Library. Shifting of furniture from the library is not permitted.
- Newspapers should be read in the Library only. Nobody should take the newspapers out of the library without the permission of the Librarian.
- Magazines from the stand should be put in place on the stand after reading.
- Fans and lights in the library must be switched off when not in use.
