REPORT ON INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

Ashadeep Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025 with great enthusiasm. The event began with a welcome address by Principal Dr. Vipin Kumar Gupta, who highlighted the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being.
A yoga demonstration session was conducted by Ms. Vartika Katiyar, Sports Teacher, who guided students and staff through various asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices. All B.Ed. trainees and faculty members actively participated.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks and a pledge to incorporate yoga into daily life. The celebration successfully promoted awareness of health, peace, and holistic living among students and teachers.
